UK rifle senior Bradley Wheeldon has earned his second selection to the 2004 CoSIDA Men?s At-Large Academic All-District IV team.

Wheeldon, a Eubank, Ky., native, earned a second-team selection after picking up third-team honors a season ago. Wheeldon earned the honor in a vote by members of the College Sports Information Directors of America. The district team consists of student-athletes from Division I schools in Alabama, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio and Tennessee.

Student-athletes must be a starter or important reserve on their respective teams and must carry a minimum 3.20 GPA to earn a nomination. Wheeldon, an eight-time All-American, carries a 3.459 GPA in physical therapy. He also is a member of the SEC Academic Honor Roll, the College Rifle Coaches Association All-Academic Team and UK?s prestigious Frank G. Ham Society of Character.
