The University of Kentucky men?s and women?s tennis programs are expected to receive NCAA Tournament bids when the selections for the 64-team fields are announced Wednesday. ESPNews will televise the NCAA Tournament announcements beginning at 4:30 p.m. EDT. In 2003, the Kentucky men and women played host to NCAA Regionals. The UK women defeated Hampton and Miami (Fla.) to advance to the NCAA Sweet 16 where they fell to Georgia. The UK men defeated Hampton in the opening round before dropping a tight match to Ohio State.

The NCAA Tennis Regionals are set for next Friday through Sunday, May 14-16. The NCAA Men?s Tennis Championships will be held May 22-31 in Tulsa, Okla., while the NCAA Women?s Tennis Championships are set for May 20-29 in Athens, Ga.
