Events to take place April 9-10 at the Tom Black Track

The Kentucky track and field team will continue their outdoor season this weekend at the 38th Annual Sea Ray Relays in Knoxville, Tenn. Over 25 student-athletes from UK will compete amongst the over 1,000 participants at this year’s event, which will be held at the Tom Black Track.

The Cats will open the meet at 12:15 p.m. Friday with the women’s discus and will conclude Saturday at 5:25 p.m. with the women’s 4 x 400-meter relay. Live results can be followed at www.utsports.com.

The squad will also be sending some participants to the John McDonnell Invitational this Saturday in Fayetteville, Ark. Complete results from both competitions will be available at www.ukathletics.com.
