No. 19 Kentucky steps out of conference play this week for a battle with Big Ten foe Ohio State. The Cats (11-6) meet the 39th-ranked Buckeyes (5-3) Wednesday at 3 p.m. EST at UK?s Boone Indoor Tennis Center. The match had previously been scheduled for a 4 p.m. EST start.

Kentucky tallied a 4-3 victory over Ohio State a season ago in Columbus. The Cats and Buckeyes each enter Wednesday?s match with one student-athlete featured in the ITA women?s singles rankings. Kentucky?s Aibika Kalsarieva comes in at No. 25, while Ohio State?s Lindsay Williams claims the No. 57 ranking.

The Cats are coming off of a weekend split in conference play. Kentucky scored a 5-2 win over South Carolina before being blanked at Florida two days later.
