COLUMBIA, Mo. ? Junior Michelle Gales danced and flipped her way to a 9.900 score and a floor championship, while freshman Krystle Cook finished second on vault and third on uneven bars in the 2004 State Farm Cat Classic individual finals Saturday night in Columbia, Mo.
Gales performed her electrifying floor performance to near perfection and claimed her second title in the event this season. Tonight also marks the third time this season Gales has scored a 9.900 or better in the floor exercise. She posted a 9.925 in last night?s team competition. Gales registered a 9.800 on the uneven bars for a fourth place finish.

?Krystle showed the type of athlete she is this weekend and her awesome athleticism and potential,? Muhammad said. ?She just has to believe in herself and her ability and the sky is the limit.?
