It’s a bitter-sweet matchup as Kentucky head coach Mickie DeMoss faces her former Lady Vol team and goes head-to-head with her friend and former boss Pat Summitt. DeMoss spent 18 seasons as the top assistant at UT and helped lead the Lady Vols to an unprecedented six NCAA championship titles and 13 Final Four appearances.

The Lady Vols are currently ranked the No. 1 team in the country and UK Hoops fans are encouraged to fill Memorial Coliseum and “Keep the Orange Out”. General admission tickets are still available for only $5 for adults and $2 for senior citizens and children ages 18 and under. UK students, faculty and staff are admitted free with valid identification, however, all students and faculty/staff need an actual ticket to get into game. UK student and faculty/staff UK Hoops tickets can be picked up at ticket office now until game time on Thursday evening. Ticket office hours are 9:00 am – 4:00 pm.

Tip off is slated for 7 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 29.
