Wilkinson earns second honor

Kentucky seniors Elizabeth Ramsey and Jen Wilkinson, along with junior Alli Haeussler, have earned spots on the CoSIDA Academic All-District IV women’s soccer team. Kentucky’s latest academic honorees were selected by members of the College Sports Information Directors of America. District four includes universities in Michigan, Ohio, Alabama, Kentucky and Tennessee.

Ramsey, a forward from Hilliard, Ohio, earned a first-team selection with a 3.79 GPA in elementary education. Wilkinson, a midfielder from Darien, Ill., earned her second first-team selection in as many seasons with a 3.96 GPA in communications. Haeussler, a midfielder from Fairfield, Ohio, earned a third-team nod and carries a 3.83 GPA in management.
