The 25th-ranked University of Kentucky women’s tennis team travels to Chapel Hill, N.C., to take on No. 7 North Carolina on Friday, Feb. 21 at the Cone-Kenfield Tennis Center. The match is scheduled to start at 2:30 p.m. ET.

Kentucky (7-4) goes to UNC riding a three-match win streak. After a little bit of a rough start to the season, the Cats got back to their winning ways defeating No. 11 Northwestern and Abilene Christian on Saturday, Feb. 15 in a day-night double header. UK looks to continue its high level of play against the Tar Heels (6-2) who are coming off a 4-3 defeat of 13th-ranked William & Mary.

“We played with a lot of intensity in our last couple of matches,” Coach Mark Guilbeau said. “If we keep playing at a high level we’ll be tough to beat.”
