Key Run: Leading 42-30 at halftime, the Cats opened the second half on a 13-2 run and went on to lead by as many as 31 points (74-43) in the second-half.

Leading scorers were Marquis Estill with 16 points and a career-high 12 rebounds. Gerald Fitch added 14 while Erik Daniels and Keith Bogans each charted 12. Chuck Hayes had 11 points while Cliff Hawkins also dropped in 11 points, a new season-high.

Gerald Fitch matched his career-high with four three-pointers.

Cliff Hawkins drained three treys, tying his career-high.

UK won its 100th game in the all-time series versus Georgia. UK holds a 100-19 lead in the all-time series, including a 51-3 advantage in Lexington.

The win snaps a two-game losing streak to the Bulldogs.

UK has won 17 of the last 18 meetings against Georgia in Lexington.

Coach Smith is 9-2 against his former employer.

Smith garnered his 275th career win. He now has 151 wins at UK.

Bogans extends his three-point shooting streak to 25 games. The senior has knocked down a three in every game this season and all three NCAA tournament games last year. The streak is the third-longest in school history.

The Cats will play host to LSU on Saturday, Feb. 15 at 1 p.m. ET in Rupp Arena. It marks the first time since mid-January that UK has played back-to-back home games. The game will be televised live on Jefferson-Pilot.
