LEXINGTON, Kty. – Clint Ruth, a kicking specialist from White House (Tenn.) HighSchool, has signed a scholarship offer to play football for theUniversity of Kentucky.
Ruth will enter UK in the fall and compete for the kickoff,field goal, and extra point duties. He also has experience as a punterand gives the team more depth at that position.
“Clint has a really strong leg, as most of his kickoffs wentinto or through the end zone,” Coach Hal Mumme said. “He’s also a verygood student. We’re excited about having him here.”
