Diver earns third highest platform score in UK history.

ATHENS, Ga. (Jan. 9, 2000) — UK diver Clayton Moss capturedthe men’s platform competition at the GeorgiaDiving Invitational Sunday. Moss’ score of 472.65met the NCAA Zone “B” qualifying mark of 430and is the third highest platform score in UK divinghistory.

In the men’s 1-meter competition Saturday, Mossfinished third, while Aaron Kirkpatrick placedseventh and Kyle McDuffie eighth.

On the women’s side, junior Carrie Knoeberfinished second in the platform competition followedby sophomore Michelle Glowatch who finishedthird.
