COLUMBIA, Mo. – The Nike Tiger Invitational saw the University of Kentucky women’s soccer team’s game against Missouri end in a 1-1 tie after two overtimes on Friday.

Missouri (3-1-1) opened the scoring in the first half on a goal by Nikki Thole in the 37th minute. The Wildcats tied the score after the break, when all-SEC candidate Carrie Staber put in a shot off a corner kick at the 66:15 mark for the game’s final tally.

The Invitational continues on Sunday as Kentucky (2-1-2) faces Tulsa at 2 p.m. The Golden Hurricanes (3-3) fell to Cal-Poly 2-0 on Friday.
