LEXINGTON, Ky.-The University of Kentucky volleyball team (10-4, 1-1 Southeastern Conference) will play host to in-state rival Louisville (9-2, 3-0), Wednesday, Sept. 30, at 7 p.m. in UK’s Memorial Coliseum.
The Wildcats will face their second straight nationally ranked team when they take on the No. 22 Cardinals. This marks the 37th meeting between the two squads, with Kentucky holding a 25-11 advantage in the series.
“It’s great to get the opportunity to step on the floor and play against a strong, competitive team,” UK coach Jona Braden said. “It’s always special when UK and Louisville go up against one another in any sport. We’re looking forward to it.”
Admission for UK matches is $5 for adults and $2 for children. UK students with valid identification receive free admission to all matches.
