LEXINGTON, Ky. – University of Kentucky’s junior varsity squad will hit the road on Thursday, Oct. 8 to face Georgetown College at 5 p.m. in Georgetown, Ky.

The Wildcats, 1-1, look to bounce back after a tough loss to Hargrave Military Academy, 40-7, last week at Commonwealth Stadium. Thursday’s game marks the Wildcats’ first road trip of their five-game schedule. Georgetown’s junior varsity team defeated Cumberland College last week, 33-0, in its first game of the season. Last season the jayvee Wildcats defeated the Tigers, 20-7, in Georgetown.
