The University of Kentucky women’s tennis team takes to the court again this weekend, as the Wildcats travel to Winston-Salem, N.C., for the Rolex Region II Indoor Championships.

Kelly Brown, Massoumeh Emami, Christy Sigurski, Brooke Skeen, Jackie Spicijaric and Shannonn Stafford will represent the Cats’ squad. Emami and Brown, one of the nation’s top doubles duos, won the ITA All-American consolation doubles title two weeks ago and enter the event as the top seeded team. The tandem will take on Agnes Wiski and Meiling Parks of Tennessee on Friday at 2:30 p.m.

Emami and Brown are also seeded on the singles side, coming in at Nos. 3 and 10, respectively.

Singles and doubles play begins on Friday and the tournament runs through the Monday.
