LEXINGTON, Ky. — Due to inclement weather, the Kentucky baseball game with Dayton, scheduled for Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. at Cliff Hagan Stadium, has been postponed and will be scheduled for a later date, it was announced on Wednesday morning.
Kentucky (6-2) posted a 7-1 win over Wright State on Tuesday in its 2014 home opener, getting a three-hit, two-steal game from Austin Cousino and the first career homer from sophomore Kyle Barrett.
The Wildcats will return to action on Friday, hosting Eastern Michigan in a three-game set that starts at 4 p.m. ET at Cliff Hagan Stadium.
