Jordyn Rhodes Named to USCA All Southeast-Region Team
LEXINGTON, Ky. – Kentucky women’s soccer player Jordyn Rhodes was named to the United Soccer Coaches’ Association All-Southeast Region team, the organization announced Tuesday afternoon. With her selection to the all-region team, Rhodes is now eligible to become a USCA All-American in the next round of voting.
Rhodes was a finalist on the 2020-21 MAC Hermann Award watch list, UK’s leading scorer on the season, a 2020 member of the All-Southeastern Conference first team, and the SEC Offensive Player of the Week on November 10.
The sophomore from South Lebanon, Ohio just outside of Cincinnati scored an impressive 11 goals on the season, notching a goal in seven on Kentucky’s 10 official matches. Included in those matches was a hat trick vs. Florida in the SEC Tournament, and two braces, against both Vanderbilt and Florida in the regular season meeting.
In addition to the 11 goals to her name, Rhodes also tallied an assist and registered 23 points on the season.
