LEXINGTON, Ky. – Michelle Williams won the 200-meter dash, with her time of 24.91. Williams also came in second in the 60-meter low hurdles. She was second only to teammate Litisha Shittu, who finished the race with a time of 8.45. Valerie Williams finished in first place in the triple jump with her leap of 38-03.50.

In men’s competition, the throwers brought home the wins. Scott Theis won the shot put finals, and set a new season best, with his throw of 56-02. Matt Kavanagh took home first-place honors in the weight throw after his 61-07 toss, and teammate Jamie Shannon finished second with his toss of 59-04.25.
