GAINESVILLE, Fla.- The 18th-ranked University of Kentucky men’s tennis teamfell to Georgia, 4-3, in the quarterfinals of the Southeastern ConferenceTournament on Friday.

The Wildcats (15-9) won the doubles point, giving them a 1-0 lead headinginto singles play. UK’s Carlos Drada and Johan Grunditz picked up victoriesat No. 1 and No. 6 singles, respectively, but it wasn’t enough as theBulldogs (19-4) won four singles matches to clinch the win and advance tothe semifinals.
