LEXINGTON, Ky. – The eighth-ranked University of Kentucky women’s gymnastics team will play to host to No. 3 Alabama on Friday, Feb. 20 at 7:30 p.m. in its final home meet in Memorial Coliseum.

The GymKats, ranked No. 5 in floor exercise, No. 7 on the vault, No. 11 on the balance beam, and No. 22 on the uneven bars, will bid farewell Friday to three senior members, Jennie Maxwell, Beth Cluxton and Whitney Ellis in Senior Night ceremonies.

Alabama enters Friday’s meet ranked second in the Southeastern Conference team standings, despite falling to No. 1 Georgia last week. UK hopes to capture its first-ever win over the Crimson Tide as Alabama leads the all-time series 26-0.
