Seniors Heather Kraus and Julie Palmer were named to the 1998 SEC Women’s Golf Academic Honor Roll Wednesday.

While holding two of the top four leaders on the squad for lowest stroke averages, the two Lady Kats were selected for this honor for their work in the classroom. Kraus recorded a grade point average of 3.36 while majoring in marketing, while Palmer’s GPA figured out to be 3.14 in her work in business management.

This is Palmer’s first selection to the Academic Honor Roll. For Kraus, the Louisville native has been named to the list all three years she has been eligible for the award.
