The 11th-ranked University of Kentucky men’s tennis team (8-4, 0-1 SEC) travels to Fayetteville Tuesday to take on SEC rival Arkansas (6-3, 0-3 SEC) at 2p.m.

The Wildcats are looking for their first SEC victory of the season. UK is 7-1 all-time versus Arkansas, handing the Hogs a 5-2 loss last season. The Cats will look to continue their dominance of Arkansas and enter the heart of their SEC schedule in a roll.

UK’s Cedric Kauffmann and Carlos Drada are coming off impressive showings Sunday against Duke. Kauffmann, ranked 6th in the latest Rolex rankings, soundly defeated 10th-ranked Doug Root 6-3, 7-6. Drada, playing in the No.2 spot, bested Alberto Brause 6-4, 6-4.

The Razorback team’s strength, however, is in doubles, where they boast the 3rd-ranked tandem of Tim Crichton and Tom Hamilton. Crichton and Hamilton are 17-3 this season, and should be a tough test for UK’s top duo of Marcus Fluitt and Johan Hesoun.
