LEXINGTON, Ky. – The University of Kentucky men’s soccer team opens the home portion of its1999 slate on Sunday, Sept. 12, as the Cats battle UNC Asheville at 2 p.m. at the UK Soccer Complex.

The Cats (2-0) are coming off a championship run at the UNLV Rebel Classic, and are off to their best start since 1995.

The Bulldogs of UNC Asheville (2-1) also jumped out to a 2-0 start before falling 3-0 to Evansville on Saturday.

UK leads the all-time series with UNCA 3-0, having outscored the Bulldogs 9-4.

Admission is $5 for adults and $2 for children.
