LEXINGTON, Ky. – The Florida at Kentucky football game on Sept. 25 has been selected forlive telecast by ESPN. Game time moves to 7:30 p.m. EDT.
Kentucky continues to be a popular team for selection by the televisionnetworks. Three of UK’s first four games will be on live TV, including theLouisville game by Fox Sports Net South and the Indiana and Florida gameson ESPN. In addition, UK’s game at Mississippi State on Nov. 4 already hasbeen chosen for an ESPN telecast.
Coach Hal Mumme’s first UK team in 1997 set a school record with six liveTV games. That mark was broken last season when the Wildcats were selectedeight times by the TV networks.
