Auburn, Ala. – The UK women’s tennis team fell 5-1 to the Auburn Tigers atthe Luther Young Tennis Center on Friday.23rd-ranked Kentucky got its lone win from sophomore Lauren Rookledge.Rookledge defeated Auburn’s Summa Edwards in straight sets (6-2, 6-0).With the win, Auburn improves to 5-7, while UK drops to 7-6.The Wildcats will continue their southern road trip when they travel toTuscaloosa to battle the University of Alabama Crimson Tide on Sunday,March 19, at 1 p.m.
