What: Learn from the Ironman Swim Record Holder and UK Head Swim Coach Lars Jorgensen how to take your swimming to the next level.

Ages: 13-18

Cost: $150/camper – Lunch Included

What: Combines instruction and competition while offering the high school swimmer an opportunity to receive expert instruction from the UK Swimming Staff. The UK staff will include various presentations, video feedback, strength and conditioning, nutrition, etc.
