The Kentucky women’s golf team will get its final tune-up before the Southeastern Conference Championships at the Big River Telephone Classic in Murray, Ky. The two-day tournament will begin on Monday, April 5, at the Miller Golf Course.

The Cats are coming off an 18th-place performance at the Liz Murphey Collegiate Classic in Athens, Ga. The Cats were led for the second consecutive tournament by senior Eva Gessner, who shot a 54-hole total of 236 to end in a tie for 78th in the prestigious tournament.
