Kentucky sophomore forward Elisabeth Jones received a second-team All-SEC selection Wednesday evening at the SEC soccer awards banquet in Auburn, Ala.

Jones, a Nicholasville, Ky., native, started all 18 regular-season matches for Kentucky and led the Cats with 12 points on the season by way of three goals and six assists. Jones earned a spot on the SEC All-Freshman team a season ago.

Jones and the remainder of the eighth-seeded Wildcats take on top-seeded Tennessee Thursday in the opening round of the SEC Tournament. The match is set for 6 p.m. EST in Auburn, Ala.
