The Kentucky women?s basketball team advances to the second round of the Women?s National Invitation Tournament after defeating Oakland in the opening game on Thursday in Rochester, Mich., 65-56. UK will face Ball State (24-6, 13-3 Mid-American Conference) in the second round Monday, March 19 at 7 p.m. EDT in Worthen Arena located in Muncie, Ind.
