The Kentucky gymnastics team recently took a trip to the Sugar Creek Resort in Nicholasville, Ky., for its annual fall retreat. The Wildcat gymnasts participated in many activities over the course of the weekend that helped bring them together as a team and strengthen the bonds between individuals.

?The retreat was a great way to bring the team some personal growth as individuals and as a team,? UK head coach Mo Mitchell said. ?We faced many obstacles and challenges that forced our gymnasts to work together in order to solve them. Overall, it was a great success. We learned a lot about the team as a whole and came away with clear and defined goals for the season.?
