LEXINGTON , Ky. ? The Kentucky football team held the ninth of the allotted 15 spring practices Wednesday morning, a two-hour workout in full pads at the Nutter Training Facility.
Senior tailback Tony Dixon sustained a sprained medial collateral ligament in his left knee during practice, Coach Rich Brooks announced.
?The good news is that it is usually a non-surgical injury,? Brooks said. ?At this point, we don?t know the extent of it, but the rest of his knee seems stable and solid.?
