LEXINGTON, Ky. — Before the camp season closes, the UK men’s basketball team has added two additional camp opportunities at the end of July.

Prior to the John Calipari ProCamps, which will take place from July 29-31, UK will offer two additional camps, the Lil Wildcat Day Camp and the Overnight Camp. The Lil Wildcat Day Camp will take place on July 19-20 while the Overnight Camp will take place overnight from July 25-28.

At the Lil Wildcat Day Camp, each camper will enjoy individual attention and instruction to sharpen all of their basketball skills. Current and former UK players, along with UK staff, will help campers with their shooting, ball handling and passing.

The Lil Wildcat Day Camp is intended for boys K-6th grade. The camp, which costs $125, will start at 9 a.m. and last until noon each day.

Boys, 7-12th grade are encouraged to attend the John Calipari ProCamps, taking place from July 29-31.

At the Overnight Camp, each camper will learn new techniques from an experienced camp staff, improve their skills, participate in games and much more. Daily breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided in addition to a camp T-shirt, Wildcat Workshop Workout Plan team and individual awards, and an autograph opportunity.

The Overnight Camp, which costs $420, will begin Sunday, July 25 at 3 p.m. and end Wednesday, July 28 at 5 p.m. The Overnight Camp offers day camp hours as well for $340. Day campers will be dropped off at 8:30 a.m. for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. For pickup on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, campers must be picked up by 8:30 p.m. Registration is Sunday at noon.
